The Riviera Wood Pizza Oven is designed to cook up to 4 pizzas or 4.5 kg of bread at once. Its thick stainless steel top heats up quickly with very little wood, reaching the high temperatures needed for authentic pizza. The cooking surface is made of 3 cm thick refractory material, which slowly and evenly releases heat for traditional cooking results.

The oven is well-insulated with ceramic fiber and natural rock wool, helping it retain heat for a long time and reducing wood usage. Its base insulation allows safe placement on delicate surfaces. The oven features a lid with a large viewing window, making it easy to monitor dishes like roasts, bread, and desserts. It also has anti-scald handles and a thermometer for precise temperature control. Mounted on a portable cart, this oven is perfect for trips, camping, or simply moving to the sunniest spot in your garden for enjoyable outdoor cooking moments.
