To increase the heat for wok or griddle cooking, simply turn the funnel to the volcano setting for up to 500 degrees.
The Gas Safety System protects the burners from wind and weather. If the wind blows out the flame, the burner automatically relights to prevent gas from escaping. The large side shelf holds plates and accessories, and can be resized when not in use. With two rubberized wheels, the barbecue is easy to move around on any surface.
